1. Service Description

QRmesa (“Service”) provides a QR code-based payment platform that allows restaurant guests to view their bill and pay directly from their mobile device. The Service connects to the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system to retrieve bill information and process payments.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the restaurant's POS provider (e.g., Clover, Square) or through Stripe. QRmesa does not store credit card numbers. All card data is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors.

3. Refunds

Refund requests should be directed to the restaurant. Refunds are processed through the restaurant's POS system and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Accuracy of Information

Bill information displayed in QRmesa is sourced from the restaurant's POS system. While we strive for accuracy, the restaurant's POS system is the authoritative source for order and pricing information.

5. User Accounts (Restaurant Administrators)

Restaurant administrators who create accounts are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

QRmesa is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to payment processing errors, service interruptions, or data loss.
